Konstantinos Christou

General Manager / Sommelier

Konstantinos’ approach to wine is rooted in curiosity, discipline, and respect for the people behind the bottle. As a sommelier and co-founder of Vinologie, he is deeply involved in shaping the company’s vision, portfolio direction, and relationships with producers and professionals alike. Constantly seeking to expand his knowledge, Konstantinos invests in ongoing education, travel, and hands-on experience across wine regions. His focus lies in understanding terroir, technique, and authenticity—elements he believes are essential to meaningful wine representation and communication.

Daniel Evangelou

Wine Director / Sommelier

Daniel brings a thoughtful, people-centric perspective to Vinologie. As a sommelier and co-founder, his passion lies in translating complex wine stories into approachable, engaging experiences for professionals and consumers. Driven by continuous learning and real-world exposure, Daniel explores wine through travel, tastings, and direct collaboration with producers. His goal is always clarity and balance—presenting wines in a way that highlights their character while remaining honest, accessible, and relevant.

Sotiris Neophytidis

Master Sommelier / Brand & Education Lead

Sotiris Neophytidis is responsible for how Vinologie’s portfolio is communicated to the professional market. As one of approximately 290 Master Sommeliers worldwide—and the only one in Cyprus—he brings exceptional depth, precision, and authority to every interaction. He leads masterclasses, staff training, wine dinners, and tailored tastings, ensuring each wine is presented with clarity and respect for its origin. His role is central to translating the work of vignerons into meaningful, impactful experiences for professionals.

Yiannis Karakasis MW

Master of Wine / Portfolio Curator

Yiannis Karakasis MW oversees the curation of Vinologie’s portfolio, shaping its identity through expertise, global perspective, and a deep understanding of Greek and Cypriot wines. One of Europe’s most influential Masters of Wine, Yiannis is the founder of Great Greek Wines, a pioneering platform that has elevated Greek wine on the international stage. His book, The Wines of Santorini, was longlisted for the prestigious André Simon Awards. Through his guidance, Vinologie’s portfolio reflects authenticity, balance, and long-term vision.
