Chateau de Puligny Montrachet
Ripe peach and citrus with toasty complexity. Rich and fresh. Acacia, hawthorn, citrus and white fruit aromas.
Herbs, lemongrass and earthy flavours. A rich, deep and concentrated taste where ripe apple and a scent of Swedish turnip is apparent. Butter in the finish.
This is an excellent fine wine. Mild acidity with soft silky tannins. Full body with multi layers. Aroma and tastes of fresh citrus, minerals, herbs, vanilla and almond.
A fine, pale colour with the faintest green tint, this has a juicy, grapey luscious nose, a real treat. With good acidity, it has a little bit of heat but stays fresh behind thanks to some racy lime-juice notes.
Pale yellow gold colour. On the nose citrus, brioche, thyme, oak and minerals. On the palate medium bodied with balanced acidity, creamy mouthfeel and a long citrus finish.
Medium expressed aroma of garden red berries (strawberry, raspberry and red currant). Slight notes of dried cherry with lemon hues and cinnamon.
Earthy and dark nose. Black cherry, plum and espresso, infused with mint, sprinkled with freshly ground white pepper. Generous, well rounded palate, a little rusticity to the fruit which evaporates with air, giving way to fine complexity.
This is a remarkable cru – fine, airy, playful yet complex, floral and spicy. Its mouthfeel is generous but structured and lengthy, which indicates a long aging potential.
