Vinedos Y Bodegas Aster

Áster was built in 2002 with a timeless and elegant aesthetic. The manor house, open to wine tourism, is naturally integrated into the facilities of the winery in which the elaboration room stands out, a diaphanous nave, from which the vineyard can be seen, and with a point of visual attraction: several rows with the mouths of stainless steel tanks. Here, at the time of harvesting, the selection table through which all the clusters pass before starting their 'trip' through a winery equipped with the highest technology is located. The barrel ship, with capacity for 4,000 units, is another attraction for the visitor. Currently, 2,700 French oak barrels in which the wines destined for Áster Finca El Otero and Áster Crianza are raised before being rounded in the silent wine racks rest in this cabin.
