It has a smooth taste with distinct roasted agave flavours and a peppery finish that is characteristic with the Espadin agave.

The taste confirms the very rich but balanced scents. The warm component and the exuberant fizziness help to appreciate the full value of this beer, which might appear to be a little sweet at first sip.
On the palate it is smooth with juniper, herbs, lemon zest, lavender & subtle fruitiness. On the finish it is dry, lingering herbaceous finish with lemon peel & floral notes.
The nose is crisp and fresh with notes of marzipan, citrus, allspice, ground ginger, a little lime and gentle oak. The palate is clean and rounded with notes of citrus, vanilla and oak, a little spice and lemon and a delicate nutty note.
Bright piny juniper, with hints of coriander, lemon zest. The finish is medium-long in length with an unmistakable juniper burst

Vanilla, molasses, rich sticky dates and prunes, orange peel, allspice and clove.
On the nose it is very citrussy. So much orange peel. Icing sugar, waves of fruit. Perhaps a little cough sweet note too. On the palate it is sweet, viscous and more orange. With a marmalade hint.
